Very Small
Brighton Garden

This garden is only 5mx6m and the client wanted a very natural design and had a limited budget.

The main feature was to have a seating area for evenings around the firepit and a small patio to put a deck chair on. Seasonal planting was also on the wish list which can be a little tricky in a small garden with limited space.

The energy of this garden was ‘a confused state’ and a ‘feeling of

abandonment’. I used Earth Acupuncture to create positivity and calmness which worked well but something was still lacking.

After more dowsing it came apparent the the garden needed new life in the soil so I dug up a few bucketfuls of soil from my own small wood which has natural michorizal fungi in it. On site I added water and let it slightly ferment for a few days and encourage more fungi.
I then spread this on to the existing soil to activate it. After this process to me the garden came alive.

It was really important to plant a ‘calming’ tree so I chose Acer Bloodgood for its Yin energy.

The clients were happy… “Magical and Beautiful” was their feedback!
