With Ley lines and many “Sha” (negative energy) streams running through the house and garden, a lot of clearing had to be done using Earth Acupuncture, to create a balanced energy flow.

The client very much wanted a linear design for the garden, with planting to blend into the rural location. For this I chose lots of ‘airy’ grasses and late season perennials in large blocks which really softens the design.

I positioned a rose clad arbor over a root chakra energy center which brings groundedness and stability. We also built a fire pit for a ’fire element’ which also provides a focal point.

An avenue of six Field Maple Trees underplanted with meadow grass were planted to lead the eye to the South Downs in the distance.

The village of Fulking is a beautiful little place but does have some very bad energy running through it and it is well known in folklore for a place of ‘dark’ witchcraft. Constant energy clearing has to be done to keep a good vibration in this area.
